About IEEP
The Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) is a leading centre for the analysis and development of environmental and related policies in Europe.
An independent, not-for-profit organization, the Institute has offices in London and Brussels. We offer practical and reliable solutions in a complex legislative environment, based on knowledge of European policy developed over 30 years.
We focus primarily on EU environmental and sustainable development policies, and relevant aspects of other policies such as agriculture, transport, rural and regional development and fisheries. We are also actively engaged in the development of policy at a national level in Europe.
We undertake research and analysis and provide consultancy and information services, working both independently and on commissioned projects. We have regular contact with a full range of policy actors. Our interdisciplinary team of staff includes lawyers and natural and social scientists with experience of working in a wide range of European countries.
