New Sections added to the Manual

Two new sections have been added to the Policy Framework Chapter: ‘International conventions’ which covers the EU’s ability to participate in international environmental agreements; and ‘Networking to support implementation’ which outlines several key networks of actors in the Member States which help enforce EU environmental legislation such as IMPEL.
